Off-Season Mental + Hitting Development Program
A weekly group program with former Vanderbilt All-American and Texas Rangers draft pick Xavier Turner. Built to develop the complete hitter: swing, approach, mindset and the ability to take it into games.
Meet Coach Turner
Xavier Turner has hit at every level players are working toward. The Sandusky, Ohio native was drafted by the Boston Red Sox out of high school, then chose Vanderbilt, where he hit .324 as a freshman and earned First Team Freshman All-American honors.
After two SEC seasons, the Texas Rangers selected him in the 2015 MLB Draft. He hit .305 over two seasons in the Rangers organization and later played in the independent Frontier League.
Xavier is entering his second season as an assistant coach at Dayton Christian and has coached hitters at P413 Sports for two and a half years.

How players develop
Every week connects mechanics, approach, mindset, decision making and competition. Cage success isn't the final test. Game transfer is.
Train it
Build the movement, skill and understanding.
What am I working to improve?
Trust it
Build confidence through consistent reps and a repeatable routine.
Can I trust my preparation?
Transfer it
Execute when the pitch, situation and pressure change.
Can I do it in a game?
The between-pitch routine every player learns: accept what happened, take one breath, reset, identify the next pitch, and compete again.
Inside a 90-minute session
Structured in tiers so nearly every block has a bat in the player's hands, and every session ends with game-like competition.
Players also leave with weekly homework, a personal hitting plan, a progress tracker and coach evaluations at key checkpoints.
Groups
We are starting with only 5 athletes in each age group so every hitter gets real reps and real coaching. More groups open as these fill, so apply now to hold your place.

What parents and players can expect
- The goal is development, not instant results.
- Quality reps matter more than quantity.
- Players will be challenged mentally as well as physically.
- Cage success isn't the final test; game transfer is.
- Players own their routine, preparation and response to failure.
- Parents help most by focusing on controllables, not batting average.
