Where the name comes from

P413

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Philippians 4:13

P413 is a Christian-based training center. That verse is on the wall, it's in our name, and it's the standard we hold our coaches and our players to — work hard, stay humble, and understand where the strength comes from.

Our technology

Feel is a liar. A swing that feels perfect can be twelve degrees off, and a pitch that feels flat can be your best one. We built this place around technology that replaces guessing with numbers — so a player knows exactly what changed, and why.

HITTRAX

HitTrax

Hitting · Live ball-flight simulation

HitTrax uses a camera and radar system to track the ball the instant it leaves the bat. Every swing gets logged — exit velocity, launch angle, spray direction, projected distance — and shows up on screen before the ball hits the net.

Why it matters

Two hitters can have the same batting average and completely different swings. Exit velocity tells you how hard you actually hit it. Launch angle tells you whether that contact turns into a line drive or a routine grounder. Together they explain why a ball did what it did — and they're the numbers college coaches ask for first.

Exit velocityHow hard the ball comes off the bat
Launch angleThe difference between a liner and a pop-up
Spray chartWhere your contact actually goes
Hard-hit %Consistency, not just one good swing

It's also just fun. Pick a stadium, watch the ball land, and compete against your own numbers session to session.

TRACKMAN

TrackMan Baseball

Pitching · 3D Doppler radar

TrackMan is the same Doppler radar system used across Major League Baseball. It tracks the full flight of the pitch in three dimensions — velocity, spin, movement and release — and returns numbers that are reliable, accurate and instant.

Why it matters

Velocity is only part of a pitcher's story. Spin rate and spin efficiency determine whether a fastball rides through the zone or flattens out. Release point consistency is what separates a strike-thrower from someone who's fighting his mechanics. These are things you cannot see with the naked eye — and they're exactly what scouts pull up.

VelocityEvery pitch, every type, tracked over time
Spin rate & efficiencyWhy a fastball rides or a breaking ball bites
Movement profileHorizontal and vertical break on each pitch
Release pointConsistency and extension down the mound

Pairs directly with Top Velocity — build the arm, then measure what the work actually did.

Data doesn't replace coaching. Our instructors use these numbers to make a point faster and prove that a change worked. The player still has to put in the reps.
